I like it, it is cute to put over my highlighter pen but it is more of a glitter than a highlighterWhile the description may say "powder" this highlighter would be more adequately compared to damp sand. Packed too tight to use with either a foam brush or soft bristle brush, I finally tried using my fingers. That did bring up some of the highlighter onto my skin... way too much. The only success I had was dabbing a little bit into the corners of my eyes with my pinky. After attempting to use this highlighter for a week, I still can't figure out how it is intended to be applied with such a packed moist texture. The shipping package and brand packaging arrived completely dry and undamaged, so external factors do not seem to have been in affect. I will be requesting a refund.Looks good onMore of a glitter than a highlighter. But I like the glitter, but was expecting a highlighter.SUPER CHUNKY weird consistency.It’s good for inner corners of eyes not a good highlighter.Very nice colors to blend.
